Pre-Lam Materials
CompoSecure offers patented prelaminated products and sub-assemblies to plastic card manufacturers. Our polyester composite prelam material exceeds industry standards and extends card life up to ten years.
Available in sheet or roll form, our composite materials are delivered ready to be incorporated into standard manufacturing processes.
High-Security Documents
CompoSecure’s state-of-the-art, secure manufacturing facility enables us to produce custom high security identification cards. We work with clients, like system integrators and homeland security departments in many countries, to build and manufacture cards that meet or exceed their specific requirements.
Cards include overt or forensic security features such as clear windows, embedded OVDs, kinegrams, holographic stripes, biometric/contactless technologies, rainbow guiloche printing and optically variable inks to name a few.
