As the General Counsel of CompoSecure, Elyse Wolff is responsible for all legal matters and advises leadership and the Board on the execution of our business and growth strategy. Her responsibilities include: negotiating and managing client, partner and vendor contracts; overseeing global IP strategy; providing strategic counsel across all business functions; building and leading the legal team; managing our relationships with external law firms; and establishing and optimizing our legal systems, processes, and platforms.
Elyse brings nearly 20 years of legal experience spanning the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences Industries and Private Practice. Most recently, she served as Associate General Counsel at Catalent Pharma Solutions, where she was a key member of the Biologics and Legal Leadership Teams and advised senior executives on complex commercial transactions, M&A and integrations, strategic initiatives, compliance, and risk management. Known for her solutions-oriented approach and ability to balance business objectives with sound risk management, Elyse brings extensive experience leading complex contract negotiations and advising on sophisticated commercial matters, including technology in-licensing transactions in close partnership with IP Teams.
Previously, Elyse served as Associate Corporate Counsel at Amneal Pharmaceuticals and spent more than a decade with Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis, LLP.
She earned her Juris Doctor (JD), with High Honors, from Rutgers University School of Law and her BS, magna cum laude, from the University of Maryland.
